The first experiment which I m going to do is Sun Salutation also known as Surya Namaskar. This is a routine consisting of 12 Asanas performed one after another. Each movement is synchronized with breathing. It is important that breathing is done only through nose.
Currently I do around 7-8 rounds of Sun Salutation every day, but I during this experiment I will be starting with 14 rounds for initial 10 days. From there I will increase one round per day till I reach 21. For rest of the days of my 30 days experiment I will stick to 21 rounds.
I will be recording my experiences in this blog.
After the completion of 30 days depending on my experience I will decide further course of action.
I will also get my self checked medically during initial phase and at the end of 30 days to determine the affects on body.
